Flavour: Mild and flavourful washed-rind cheese made according to the recipe of the Swiss Appenzeller.

Description: Rødlin is loved by customers at markets, as well as by chefs in restaurants. The cheese is washed regularly with brine so that it develops a red crust. Rødlin is very good on bread, but also suitable as a melting cheese for raclette. The cheese won silver at the 2018 World Cheese Awards.
