Description: Søster Cecilia is a matured cheese with added caraway. It is made together with Høvding Sverre. It can be compared to Nøkkelost (traditional caraway cheese) but has a softer texture. Good with breakfast, on a cheese board or with cured meats. Won silver in the 2018-2019 World Cheese Awards.
