Flavour: Mild washed-rind flavour that is based on the recipe of a French cheese called Vacherol.
Description: Rokoll is a soft washed-rind cheese that works well on a cheese board. It is good on biscuits and crispbread and is often eaten with honey or marmalade. Can also be melted in the oven to dip crackers into. Rokoll achieved silver at the national exhibition for farm cheese in 2009, bronze in 2011 and silver in the Norwegian Farm Cheese Championships in 2015.
