Description: Skjenald is a small, round cheese of about 300 g that is quite soft and can have different maturation times when sold: 3 - 5 months. It is a nice cheese to have on your cheese board and is often eaten with something sweet, such as honey or marmalade. The cheese is quite similar to our Rokoll cheese, but is slightly softer. Skjenald won gold in the Norwegian Farm Cheese Championships in 2016 and gold in the World Cheese Awards in 2018!
