Description: The texture is quite hard, so it's perfect for grating over pasta and soups. It is also great for cutting into slices and eating as a snack with good drinks. Goes well with something sweet such as jelly or honey and a nice, full-bodied drink. Won bronze at the Norwegian Farm Cheese Championships in 2015.
