Flavour: A lot of flavour, slightly acidic.
Description: Gelmin is a semi-hard blue cheese. It can be a little crispy. It tastes great on crispbread or biscuits with honey, jam or other sweet foods. Can also be crumbled on pizza and in sauces in small amounts. Gelmin won bronze at the national exhibition for farm cheese in 2011 and silver at the Norwegian Cheese Championships in 2016.
