Flavour: Fresh and mild taste with a hint of caraway

Description: Traditional cheese which has been made on the mountain farm for over 240 years before the production was moved down to the main farm. We have added Norwegian caraway to the cheese, which gives it an exciting flavour. Lovely on biscuits and bread. The cheese received a gold medal at the National Exhibition for Farm Cheese in 2009.
