Description: Gubbost is a traditional Gomme cheese that has been made in our district for a long time. Gomme comes in countless variations, but ours has a mild taste, with a slightly grainy texture. It is spreadable and has many uses. It is used as a topping on bread, waffles, pancakes, in cereal and in oat porridge.
