Flavour: Fresh and slightly acidic taste of goat's milk

Description: Camembert variety made in our farm dairy. Popular cheese with a wide range of uses. Can be grilled, or wrapped in foil and baked in the oven, preferably with a little honey on top. On crackers or bread. Can be mixed into sauces, or put on pizza.
