DescriptionThe Skjørost is lean and rich in protein. It can be used for many things. Originally, it has been used in the traditional dish “rømmesoll” in our district. It still is, but in recent times it has also become more common to use it in other ways. It can be used in the same way as cottage cheese. Many people eat it with granola and yogurt, put it in oven dishes, gratins and in salads.
