Flavour: The cheese is at first fresh and acidic, gradually becoming fuller with more mushroom aroma. Strong without being too sharp at the end.
Description: Inspired by the most popular category of goat’s cheese in France - cream cheese matured with the mould culture Geotrichum Candidum. Gold in the Norwegian Farm Cheese Championships for locally processed dairy products 2016 and 2017, Silver in the Norwegian Cheese Championships 2019 and Bronze in the World Cheese Awards 2018.
