Norvegia® Organic cheese is made with organic milk from cows that only receive organically produced feed. This means that it is produced without the use of artificial fertilizers and pesticides. The cows get more pasture and hay at the expense of concentrate, and also get more exercise and fresh air. Norvegia® Organic is stored for about 3 months before it finds its way to your fridge. The taste is mild, slightly sour and aromatic, and the cheese has small holes. Norvegia® Ökologisk has good melting properties and a flexible consistency that makes it easy to slice, grate or cut into cubes.
