Description: Rim is an organic cream cheese that can be used for most things – along with cured meats, smoked fish, seafood, bread, salads, berries and desserts. Rim won Bronze at the Norwegian Farm Cheese Championships in 2017, and was a finalist in the competition Det norske måltid 2018.
