Flavour: Full-bodied, crispy, strong and salty, yet balanced.

Description: In Southeastern Europe, it is common to make an acidic cheese with a crispy texture and mature it in barrels filled with brine. We have taken this technology with us, and combined it with Norwegian, organic, high-quality milk!
