Description: Kaprin means goat in Latin and is a hard cheese similar to the traditional white goat’s cheese. Instead of wild mould on the surface, this cheese has a camembert mould that is added to the milk and grows all over the cheese during maturation. Delicious on bread and on crackers, preferably with some jam or honey.
