Flavour: Fresh and mild taste

Description: Traditional gouda variety, which has been made for over 240 years on the mountain farm before the production was eventually moved down to the main farm. Made from fresh goat's milk and matured for at least 3 months before sale. Good on bread, gratinated on oven dishes and on pizza.
