Description: A Norwegian cheese variety with roots going back to the Viking age, produced from soured skimmed milk. It has many names: Kjuke, Saltost, Knaost, Traugost... Our Pultost, the original Avdem-kjuke, is awarded in the Norwegian Cheese Championships.
