Description: Gubb is a firm variety variety of the Gomme cheese with a sweet taste of brown cheese, but it also has pieces of casein. Simply put, it is a mixture of brown cheese and white cheese, made of whole milk. Traditionally, it was cooked on the last day on the mountain farm before returning to the main farm, using every part of the milk. The product is often used as "biteti", which means food that is enjoyed with a cup of coffee.
