Flavour: Rich and nutty taste.

Description: Bufast is a mature, hard washed-rind cheese, stored for at least one year and often longer, made from colustrum from our own cows. Suitable for tapas. It can also be used in cooking as a type of parmesan. Gold Award at the Norwegian cheese championship (2019) and silver at the World Cheese Awards 2018-2019.
