Description: Fjelldronning is a mature washed-rind cheese, made from fresh, unpasteurised milk from our own cows. The flavour develops during several months in storage, where we wash the cheese and take great care of it. Fjelldronning has won awards at both the Norwegian cheese championships and the World Cheese Awards 2018-2019.
