Milk: Pasteurised cow’s milk

Flavour: Soft and mild flavour of blue mould. Storing the cheese until it approaches its expiration date can make it firmer and more flavourful.

Description: Vismann is often referred to as Kraftkar’s little brother, although Vismann was actually developed before Kraftkar. Goes well with sweet foods, nuts and honey. The cheese should be enjoyed at room temperature to enhance the flavours. Super Gold (category winner), World Cheese Awards 2016.
