Milk: Pasteurised cow’s milk

Flavour: Edel Frue is mild and sweetish with a rich milky flavour when ripe, but it becomes stronger closer to its expiration date.

Description: The cheese has the classic velvety consistency that starts to become runny at room temperature. Serve with sweet accompaniments. Gold medal in the Norwegian championships 2015 and bronze medal in the World Cheese Awards 2014.
