Flavour: The flavour develops for a long time in the mouth, from slightly sweet to salty. Kraftkar have a creamy, slightly grainy consistency.
Description: Kraftkar is made from milk from our own farm, with extra cream added for a fuller flavour. Elected world's best cheese (World Champion) and best cheese of all time (Champion of Champions) at the World Cheese Awards 2016. Serve Kraftkar with sweet accompaniments, nuts and honey. For drinks, we recommend a dark and full-bodied beer from a Norwegian micro-brewery or a good port wine.
