Description: Salatost is our own Norwegian variation of feta cheese, made from organic cow's milk. The cheese is matured in brine, which makes it porous and flavourful, but still mild. We make a plain salad cheese in blocks, and a salad cheese cut into cubes that is mixed in the organic rapeseed oil RO along with our own spice mix. The salad cheese is perfect in salads, on the tapas table or simply as a snack.
