Flavour: Skogshorn has a fresh character and a soft texture. The pepper is mild and aromatic and gives the cheese its character.

Description: Skogshorn is an organic white mould cheese made from cow's milk with added organic black pepper, both whole and ground. The cheese fits very well on a cheese board, and it tastes heavenly with cloudberries or other berries. Skogshorn is made with organic cow's milk from the neighbouring farm Solbakken, and during the summer season, the cows graze at the foot of the Skogshorn mountain.
