Description: Solglad is a washed-rind cheese made from goat's milk and cow's milk, and it works well on a cheese board. It also has good melting properties and tastes delicious on a pizza or burger. In 2017, Himmelspannet won a silver medal at the Norwegian Farm Cheese Championships for the Solglad cheese, and bronze in the World Cheese Awards in 2018/19
