Flavour: Geiteberget has a mild taste and creamy texture. The goat's milk gives the cheese its distinct character.
Description: Geiteberget is ideal in salads, preferably cut into slices and gently heated in the oven. It is also delicious in pies, or on a slice of bread with a bit of honey. Himmelspannet won bronze at the Norwegian Farm Cheese Championships in 2017 for Geiteberget, and silver at the World Cheese Awards in 2018/19
