Description: Handcrafted cheese based on Gouda, inspiration from the Netherlands and France, as well as several years of further development locally, the cheese appears today as a flavour cheese with a good aroma, crystallized and well-matured. In recent years, the cheese has received recognition and won several different prizes and awards at home and abroad (Norwegian Championships / World Cheese Awards).
