Flavour: The cheese contains added wild garlic (also called the Nordic garlic), and is flavourful with a nice aroma.
Description: Handcrafted cheese based on Gouda, inspiration from the Netherlands and France, as well as several years of further development locally, the cheese appears today as a flavour cheese with a good aroma, crystallized and medium matured. Shorter maturation time than the well-matured Gammel Erik makes it milder in flavour and slightly softer in texture. But the cheese can still be sliced with a cheese slicer.
