Flavour: Eden develops a characteristic washed-rind aroma and fruit notes from cider, while preserving the taste of fresh milk.

Description: Washed-rind cheese made from fresh, organic, unpasteurised milk bathed in Norwegian cider. Eden is a diamond-shaped washed-rind cheese with a creamy texture. The cider promotes washed-rind maturation and adds fruit notes to the flavour. Matured for four weeks. Each cheese weighs 200 g. We use milk from Leikvoll Økologiske Gard (Leikvoll Organic Farm) and Solhøi Sider.
