Description: Capra is a semi-hard grey mould cheese. The cheese is made from day-fresh organic goat’s milk. The product is made on a small scale from a local recipe. It was the first cheese to be produced at Aalan Gård and the first cheese from Northern Norway to receive the official Speciality label. Capra won gold and was elected as the product of the year at the Norwegian farm cheese championship in 2016, and it received bronze at the World Cheese Awards 2017.
