Flavour: Sweet Gomme with a characteristic taste of spices, such as anise.

Description: Our Gomme is made from goat’s milk with added raisins and anise. Our Gomme is produced according to an old recipe from Ingeborg in Borgfjorden. Gomme works especially well on bread or waffles. The Geitgomme won gold for best boiled product at the national exhibition for farm cheese in 2005 and silver in 2007 and the Norwegian Farm Cheese Championships in 2016.
