Aalan Gård is a cage-building farm from 1951, run by Tove and Kut Åland.

Knut's parents worked the farm from open fields and scrub. Tove and Knut took over the farm with 20 daa of cultivated land and 28 goats. The cheese making started on the kitchen counter in 1996, then a cheese factory was built in 2001, and expanded in 2011.
