Flavour: Mild flavour that develops as the cheese ages.
Description: The cheese works well on bread, on pizza and similar. We get the milk we use for this cheese from Tine, who collect it from Rolf Riksheim in Rolvsfjord. The milk is collected in the morning and gets pumped into our cheese factory in the late morning. The cheese is then finished in the afternoon.
