Description: TINE Bestemorost® is an extra sweet and dark brown cheese, with a caramel-like taste. Brunosten is made according to an old, traditional recipe from Rondane. The cheese goes just as well with wheat cakes, biscuits, shortbread and lefse as it does with regular bread.

Flavour: Apal is matured in cider, and the flavour reflects this. It is crisp and fresh as a summer breeze.
Description: In Apal, you get all of Skarbø Gard in a small piece. The cheese is made of dairy from our cows, combined with cider from apples grown on the farm. Apal means apple tree, so that is how the cheese got its name. Apples have been cultivated on the farm for over 100 years, and today we have about 4000 apple trees at Skarbø.
