Flavour: Full-bodied and rich flavour. A hard cheese with good umami.

Description: Soleglad vellagra XII is matured for at least twelve months and has a rich and full-bodied flavour. The texture is firm, and the cheese is a bit similar to Parmesan. You can use it as a Parmesan, for pasta dishes, potato dishes and salads, or just enjoy it cut into cubes. Soleglad is tasty at any time of the day, and we think it is even better as a treat when the evening comes and the sun is setting.
