Flavour: Full-bodied and aromatic flavour.
Description: Soleglad vellagra is matured for at least six months and has an extra full-bodied flavour. The texture is firm and the flavour is concentrated. A bit similar to Spanish Manchego. Especially good for tapas, and elevates the flavour in good meals – grate over soups, pasta dishes and salads, and use in a gratin. Soleglad is great at any time of the day, and we think it is perfect for enjoying in the evening when the sun is setting.
