Flavour: A cheese with moderate flavour, but increases as it matures, Swiss character.

Description: Tilsiter is originally a German cheese with long traditions. It has a relatively mild flavour to begin with but becomes richer and harder as it matures. Suitable on bread and on a cheese board.
