Hjertebrie

Hjertebrie er en mild og god ost som kommer i forbrukerforpakning på ca. 220 gram.

Helt nydelig smak, tørr i konsistens, en eksplosiv smaksbombe når du får tygget litt på den, fin munnfølelse.

This cheese is fresh, slightly acidic, flavourful with a lot of delicious aroma. Light washed-rind character.

Relatively mild taste, with added wild garlic.

Flavourful cheese with character and lots of aroma that fill the entire mouth. Taste of UMAMI, and a wonderful aftertaste that lasts for a long time.

Full-bodied, round flavour, a bit similar to Ridderost (because of the crust)

A cheese with moderate flavour, but increases as it matures, Swiss character.

Mild at first but more intense as it matures, nutty flavour
