Description: Eiker Mutschli has a long tradition and is a typical Swiss cheese. The name means "small cheese", and it weighs about 600-650 grams. It has countless uses, has a smooth and round consistency, is very versatile and is excellent for melting. The flavour is not too strong, so it is suitable for those who are not so well-versed in cheese yet.
