Flavour: Mild taste with a natural sweetness from the milk sugar (3 % lactose).
Description: This mild whey cheese is as soft as a Southern Norwegian consonant and makes people close their eyes when tasting it. Some use it in ravioli. Others wait until dessert. Also try Sørlandsk Ricotta with honey and roasted nuts. White, soft and non-matured cheese made of whey from cow's milk. Creamy consistency, but still a lean product with a maximum of 10 % fat content and rich in protein. Round shape, approx. 250 and 500 g.
