Flavour: Rich and full-bodied taste of mature gouda cheese
Description: The cheese is made from raw milk from the farm's own cows of the breed Jarlsbergfe. The cheese uses the farm's own souring culture, which gives the cheese a distinctive character and a complex flavour that becomes more prominent when matured. The cheese is matured from 6 - 12 months. Cheeses matured for 12 months are matured with coating to prevent the cheese from drying out.
