Flavour: Flavourful and exciting white cheese with smoked reindeer meat from Røros reindeer.
Description: Great as cheese sticks with a good drink, or as a topping on white pizza. The cheese won bronze at the World Cheese Awards, the same year that we won bronze for our well-matured herb cheese. Made of milk from our own farm, which we pasteurize.
