Lofoten Gårdsysteri
The green mountains around the farm are an excellent grazing area for goats and hiking area for people. On the farm, we make organic goat's milk into tasty cheese. The farm also has production facilities for processing the cow’s and goat’s meat produced on the farm.

Ryfylke Gardsysteri
Our names are Hilde and Joar Hauge, and we run Ryfylke Gardsysteri and live in Fister in Ryfylke. Here, we have dairy cows and free-range chickens.
Stavanger Ysteri
Stavanger Ysteri is located in an old packaging factory in Stavanger East. This district was once the heart of the local fishing and canned food industry. It is a combination of traditional craftsmanship, theory and research that has made Stavanger Ysteri a pioneer in a growing movement of small organic producers.
Bygdø Kongsgård ysteri
At Bygdø Kongsgård, we run a small craft dairy, which is Oslo's only farm dairy. We sell the cheese and fresh dairy products to local shops and restaurants, and we serve our own products at Gartneriet (the garden centre). All products are organic and certified by Debio. Except for the yogurt, all products are unpasteurised.
Gangstad Gårdsysteri
Norway's first authorized farm dairy produces white mold and blue mold cheese, washed rind cheese and delicious ice cream. Farm shop and cafe.
Osteverkstedet
Small-scale cheese workshop established in 2013 by Andrea Maggioni, originally from Milan, Italy. Andrea got his cheese education from northern Italy and has worked at a dairy in Puglia in southern Italy. He has brought with him the best recipes from Mimmo, a local cheesemaker in Oria (Manduria), and makes cheese by hand according to old Italian traditions, with Norwegian milk.
Den Sorte Gryte Ysteri
Den Sorte Gryte Ysteri ligger i Lødingen Vestbygd, her var det geitost-produksjon for salg helt fram til 1959 på nabogården. Gammelt ysteutstyr fikk vi overta, det står idag godt bevart på Gårds restauranten vår, til glede for gjestene.
Alm Gard ysteri
Guus and Laurien, who moved from the Netherlands to Norway in 2004, bought a small farm in Feios. There, they started with the production of organic ice cream with milk from their Telemark cows and fruit from the farm. In 2017, a new ice cream factory was built in the farmyard.
