Hardanger Bygdeysteri

Hardanger Bygdeysteri is a newly established dairy in Øystese, owned and run by local farmers. Dairy farmers from 13 farms established their own business in the former dairy in Øystese.

Strandmo Stølsysteri

At Strandmo Stølsysteri, the cows graze freely in the mountains during the day, and the cheese is only made from unpasteurised milk from the mountain farm.

Olestølen Mikroysteri

Olestølen in Valdres is located at 1,000 meters above sea level. In July and August, visitors can learn about the mountain farm life in close contact with animals and nature - join in stirring the brown cheese while it is cooking in a wood-fired iron pot and taste handmade milk products right from the farm.

Herland Osteprodusent

Herland Osteprodusent

Production of traditional goat’s cheese from Herland Seterdrift since 1950. Herland seterysta geitost is the same good and traditional real goat’s cheese we have been known for through many decades. Although we have started using milking machines and more modern cheesemaking equipment, today's cheese is produced according to the same exact recipe that has been used since the beginning in 1950.

Eggen Gardsysteri

Eggen Gardsysteri ble etablert i 2001 av Liv og Ola. I 2020 tok Marius og Lotte over. Ysteriet er bygd vegg i vegg med fjøskjøkkenet. Mjølka pumpes direkte fra mjølktanken og over i ystekaret.

Hindrum Gårdsysteri

Hindrum Gårdsysteri is a farm dairy in the village of Hindrem in Fosen. Hindrum Nedre gård (Lower Hindrum farm) has been involved in organic milk production since 2009, and the farm dairy has been in production since 2014.

Bomstad Gård

Bomstad Gård is located at the entrance to the Lyng Alps. They have approx. 100 dairy goats on the farm and cheese is produced from their own goat's milk.

Hol Ysteri Prestholt Goat cheese

Prestholt Geitost at Prestholt is located 1242 meters above sea level as one of the highest mountain farms in Norway, at the foot of Hallingskarvet, partly into Hallingskarvet National Park.

Bygdø Kongsgård ysteri

At Bygdø Kongsgård, we run a small craft dairy, which is Oslo's only farm dairy. We sell the cheese and fresh dairy products to local shops and restaurants, and we serve our own products at Gartneriet (the garden centre). All products are organic and certified by Debio. Except for the yogurt, all products are unpasteurised.

Valmsnes Gård

På Valmsnes gård bor Jonas og Julie sammen med sønnene Sebastian og Ole Jakob. De har valgt å satse på den tradisjonsrike osten pultost, som er en av norges eldste oster og en ost med lange tradisjoner i Hedmark. I tillegg har de en rekke andre produkter – flere typer ost, melk og smør. Smøret fra Valmsnes Gård har høstet den gjeve prisen «Årets Meieriprodukt 2020
