Bryn Gardsmeieri
Bryn Gårdsmeieri is a farm established on new land in the 30's. There have always been goats on the farm, but the farm dairy was not established until 2002. Since then, we have processed all the fresh goat's milk ourselves. We produce a wide range of cheeses, and we are constantly developing new products.
Jakobsplass
Jakobsplass is located 930 meters above sea level. High up and free, with a fantastic view. Because we didn't build a road here until 1982, it was natural to continue processing the milk at home.
Elvekanten Ysteri
The small dairy has various cheeses in its range, with the well-aged Gammel-Erik as its flagship. It is stored for a minimum of 10 months.
