Tjamsland Gård Ysteri
We produce cheese and yogurt using cow's milk from our own cows. We currently have six dairy cows, which means that we can take extra good care of the cows. We also believe that the taste of the milk from Sidet Trønder and Nordlandsfe is particularly good, which of course characterises the flavour of our products.
Dovre Ysteri
Dovre Ysteri has a long tradition of making cheese. Today, globally award-winning white mould cheese is made at the small dairy, which is located in scenic surroundings in Gudbrandsdalen.
Fonte Verdi Ysteri og Fruktpresseri
It is a bit unique to have a dairy right in the centre of Molde, and it is rare that Gouda cheeses are made from unpasteurised milk. The organic milk is collected from Ragnhild and Hans Erik Wold at Lyngstad.
Thorbjørnrud Ysteri
As far as we know, Thorbjørnrud Ysteri is Norway's only hotel dairy. With that starting point, one might think that we are closer to a gimmick than a productive cheese dairy, but luckily, the reality is different. Thorbjørnrud is also a renowned local food producer, and in the dairy, we produce more than 10 tonnes of cheese a year and perform quite well in awards, both nationally and internationally.
Skarbø gard
With the good, fresh milk from our livestock, we make cheese in a new dairy in the hundred-year-old farmhouse. Here, we preserve the heritage of dairy farming at Skarbø from the old days, building on traditions from Carlos' Spanish family, who have taught us to make cheese as it has been done in the mountains of Sierra Nevada.
Rueslåtten Ysteri
Rueslåtten Ysteri is a small family-run dairy in Hol municipality. We have 14 cows grazing outdoors on a mountain farm all summer, and we only use raw milk from our own production.
Brubekken Gårdsmeieri
Brubekken gardsmeieri i Angvik foredler melk og kjøtt fra ku og geit. Her produseres brun og kvitost, rømme, smør, pultost og gammelost.
Alm Gard ysteri
Guus and Laurien, who moved from the Netherlands to Norway in 2004, bought a small farm in Feios. There, they started with the production of organic ice cream with milk from their Telemark cows and fruit from the farm. In 2017, a new ice cream factory was built in the farmyard.
Hitra Gårdsmat
Hitra Gårdsmat is located on a small island outside Hitra called Helgebostadøya, where we produce organic, unpasteurized cheese from cow's milk. Animal welfare is something we have a great focus on, all our animals must be happy.
Brimi Sæter
Brimi sæter is located on the outskirts of the Jotunheimen national park in Lom with continuous farming for hundreds of years. We refine almost all the farm’s milk into traditional products with a long history, which we learned from the old milkmaid Embjørg, who is now over 90 years old.
