Flavour: The cheese is mild, but full-bodied, of the gouda type

Description: Heimros is made from fresh morning milk from the neighbouring farm Skolås. The cheese is made according to the same recipe as our Stavsfjell cheese and becomes a mild but full-bodied gouda variety. Tastes great on a slice of bread, on pizza, with dinner or as a snack. Can also be used for raclette or fondue
