Description: t is difficult to get hold of a real mozzarella cheese that is fresher than ours! The mozzarella is made with 100% organic milk and made completely without artificial additives. The flavour is pure, mild and fresh, and it works perfectly in a caprese with tomato and basil, in salads and on pizza. Try drizzling a little olive oil and salt on it, then you will feel how the cheese melts in the mouth.
