DescriptionMade using the same recipe as the Kvitost (white cheese), but with added cumin which gives it a special flavour. Cumin is milder than regular caraway. The cheese does not contain cloves. The name comes from Old Norwegian "lykjyl" which means “key”, in Danish it is called “nøkkel”, in Bergen “nøyel”.
